- Two test recipes for the next Happy Herbivore cookbook (so can't disclose name or ingredients)
- Vegan Mayo
- Mediterranean Bowl (roasted cauliflower, chickpeas, brown rice, and caesar dressing)
- Scallion-Potato Pancakes
- Hoison-Mustard Tofu
