This morning I made
Breakfast Sausage Patties from
The Happy Herbivore Cookbook. The recipe transforms GimmeLean sausage by adding quinoa, maple syrup, and liquid smoke. They were sooooo good.
I had them on a breakfast sandwich with homemade whole-wheat bread. Amazing! At 8 grams of protein (and just 2 WeightWatchers PointsPlus values) a patty, these are great for a high-protein breakfast. I'd also crumble them up and add to pasta. Two thumbs up!
