Really flavorful and simple to make, I loved this asparagus recipe from
Appetite for Reduction. Asparagus are sauteed with garlic, ginger, allspice, red pepper flakes, thyme, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. I had it as a snack with some
Cauliflower Hummus and
homemade pita, but it would be a great main dish served over rice or even whole-wheat pasta, or as a salad topping.
