The big news that Lindsay Nixon just announced is that she is developing TWO MORE Happy Herbivore cookbooks. I love the first one so I'm thrilled...but I'm also thrilled that I'm testing recipes for her next book. Yay! Tonight I tested a recipe that turned out awesome. It took about five minutes to make and was so good I had two big bowls one after the other. Can't wait to test more.

The big news that Lindsay Nixon just announced is that she is developing TWO MORE Happy Herbivore cookbooks. I love the first one so I'm thrilled...but I'm also thrilled that I'm testing recipes for her next book. Yay! Tonight I tested a recipe that turned out awesome.
